Owned by Alicia Streetman and Meredith Calderas Precit, Moonlight Movement is inspired by nature’s late night spotlight. This Tahoe based performance company dances in the sky guided by the guardian angel that brought this group together. Local legend, Kelly Smiley, encouraged us to embrace both the light and dark within life and art, represented by moonlight. To create art is the ultimate gift of connection and love. Moonlight Movement’s aerial arts, dance and specialty acts embody strength, grace and grit on a multitude of apparatus including chains, rope, silks, and lyra to name a few. With over 10 years of professional experience at festivals, productions, and corporate events, we are sure to create an unforgettable high caliber experience for your guests.

About the Owners
Meredith Calderas Precit is a professionally trained aerialist and dancer originally from Los Angeles, CA. Meredith performed in collaboration with musical artists MC Yogi, HuDost, Metal Echo, and Sneaky Creatures and was published in LA Fashion Magazine, Moonshine Ink, and The Sierra Sun. She has choreographed and performed for events including Center Podium’s Bodybuilding Expo, Rogue Worx's residency productions #MILLENNIAL and Hush, Guitarfish Music Festival, Wanderlust Festival, Made in Tahoe Festival, The World Concert, and Summit LA18. Meredith has taken her love of nature and aerial silks to the heights of El Capitan in Yosemite Valley, the canyons of Mexico, and the cliffs of Lake Tahoe. To create, inspire, and be inspired with kindness and courage is to live a life worth living.
